司徒惠霞，中国著名画家。出生于广东开平，一个融合中西文化风格，具有浓郁艺术氛围的碉楼之乡——古镇赤坎。自幼受到老一辈艺术家司徒乔，司徒杰等影响，酷爱绘画造型艺术，尤其对油画，水粉，水彩，白描，国画人物画痴迷，绘画中讲求结构，用色，用光，笔触，国画工意并用，旨在达到形神兼备，不断尝试创新。自少年起就不断参加各类艺术活动，画展，注重全面艺术修养，用心观摩中外绘画名家作品，逐步进入个性创作状态;近年积极参与各地大型艺术绘画展览的创作与活动，获得好评。

现为：中国女书画家联盟常务理事画家，《文化强国》栏目首批高级智库高级研究员，中企联盟(北京)信息科学研究院副院长，央广文化交流艺术委员会副主席，中国楹联学会书法艺术研究会副秘书长，中国服务贸易协会国际交流工作委员会副秘书长，中企报盟信息科学研究院副院长，央广文旅发展中心客座教授。2016年作品《花季年华》入选《纪念红军长征胜利八十周年》画展。

2016年作品《惠安女》参展《首届中国当代女书画家代表作品展》。

2017年作品《苗家小妹》参展《第二届中国当代书画名家代表作品展暨女书画家代表作品展》。

2018年作品《丰年乐》参展《第三届中国当代书画名家代表作品展暨女书画家代表作品展》。

2019年作品《苗乡小花》参展庆祝改革开放40周年暨北京红森尚艺画院成立十周年全国书画展，作品被藏家永久收藏。

2019年作品《祈福万家》入选第二届中国佛教题材书画名家代表作品慈善展。

2020年《老战友》《苗岭姑娘》将参展第三届中华之光(大千杯)全国书画作品展。

2020年国画《出征》速写《钟南山院士写照》参与开平市，江门市抗疫美术作品线上展。

2020年作品《福聚》被中国美术馆收藏。

2021年作品《出征》被中国国家博物馆收藏。

2021年，作品征用于中国邮政发行的集邮册、日本国邮政通用邮票和邮集、欧洲4国邮政通用邮票和邮集。

2021年作品《荷花别样红》被多哥大使馆收藏。

2021年10月入选北京地铁《艺术中国》主题巡展活动，作为艺术家代表亮相地铁1、2、3、5、8、10、13号线，八通线，穿越长安街，向祖国致敬。

2021年10月深圳作品《全力以赴，为生命而战》参加深圳市“守护健康家园，共创无疫小区”线上展览。

2021年11月山东作品《荔园乐》《回望长街》入选山东曲阜子曰美术馆《水墨巨匠，当代百位杰出艺术家邀请展》。

2021年12月北京作品《荔园乐》《回望长街》入选“北京新丝路美术馆”的《百年辉煌中国书画名家迎新展》。

2021年12月北京入选《中华英才》半月刊社媒体中心举办的“是丰碑，也是新起点”人物风采网络媒体报道，展示艺术风采。

2021年12月北京应《神州杂志》社邀请，入编神州杂志专刊《一代巨匠》。

2022年2月日本作品《荔园乐》应《琦玉美术馆》邀请，参加《中日建交50周年迎新春艺术交流展》。

2022年5月个人画册《艺无止境》发行河北美术出版社出版。

2022年5月作品《午后暖阳》入展中国文艺网、中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体书画家工作委员会主办的“喜迎二十大讴歌新时代新文艺群体优秀书画作品网络展”，在中华数字艺术馆展出，被中华文艺资源数据库、中华数字艺术城收录并获得入展证书。

2022年6月《贵州老人头像》由徐悲鸿美术馆收藏。

以上各次展览作品都入画册及宣传画册，获得大家好评。

2023年2月，作品征用于中国邮政发行的集邮册、日本国邮政通用邮票和邮集、欧洲8国(荷兰，新西兰，芬兰，卢森堡，西班牙，比利时，法国，德国)等欧洲邮政通用邮票和邮集，为传扬中华文化尽一份力。

2023年3月15日受到阿尔巴尼亚国大使馆邀请，以个展形式参加阿国文化旅游推介会，展示60幅精心之作，为两国友谊做出贡献。

2023年3月18日荣宝斋美术馆，参加“笔墨生辉—全国书画作品展”。

2023年3月18日中艺国际展览馆，参加“中国水墨巨匠艺术研究院揭牌仪式学术邀请展”。

2023年3月25日北京怀柔慕田峪长城体验馆，参加“丹青抒怀长城颂—当代书画名家邀请展”。

Situ Huixia, a famous Chinese painter. Born in Kaiping, Guangdong, a hometown of watchtowers that combines Chinese and Western cultural styles and has a strong artistic atmosphere - the ancient town of Chikan. Influenced by the older generation of artists such as Situ Qiao and Situ Jie since childhood, he has a passion for painting and shaping art, especially in oil painting, watercolor, white drawing, and traditional Chinese figure painting. In painting, he emphasizes structure, color, light, brushstrokes, and the artistic conception of traditional Chinese painting, aiming to achieve a balance between form and spirit, and constantly trying to innovate. Since childhood, I have been continuously participating in various art activities and exhibitions, emphasizing comprehensive artistic cultivation, carefully observing the works of famous Chinese and foreign painting masters, and gradually entering a state of personalized creation; In recent years, actively participated in the creation and activities of large-scale art and painting exhibitions in various regions, and received high praise.

In 2016, the work "Huian Women" participated in the "First Representative Works Exhibition of Contemporary Chinese Female Calligraphers and Painters".

In 2017, the work "Miao Girls" was exhibited at the 2nd China Contemporary Calligraphy and Painting Masters Representative Works Exhibition and Women's Calligraphy and Painting Painters Representative Works Exhibition.

In 2018, the work "Fengnian Le" was exhibited at the Third Representative Works Exhibition of Contemporary Chinese Calligraphers and Painters and Representative Works Exhibition of Female Calligraphers and Painters.

In 2019, the work "Miao Township Flowers" was exhibited at the National Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the reform and opening up and the 10th anniversary of the establishment of Beijing Hongsen Shangyi Painting Academy. The work has been permanently collected by collectors.

The 2019 work "Praying for Blessings to All Families" was selected as a representative work of the 2nd China Buddhist themed calligraphy and painting charity exhibition.

In 2020, "Old Comrades" and "Miaoling Girls" will participate in the 3rd China Light (Daqian Cup) National Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition.

In May 2022, my personal album "Endless Art" was published by Hebei Fine Arts Publishing House.

In May 2022, the work "Warm Sun in the Afternoon" was exhibited at the China Literature and Art Network and the New Literature and Art Group Calligraphers and Painters Working Committee of the China Calligraphers and Painters Association, as well as the "Celebrating the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and Celebrating the Excellent Calligraphy and Painting Works of the New Era New Literature and Art Group Network Exhibition". It was exhibited at the China Digital Art Museum and was included in the China Literature and Art Resource Database and the China Digital Art City, and received an admission certificate.

In June 2022, the portrait of an elderly person in Guizhou was collected by the Xu Beihong Art Museum.

All the exhibition works mentioned above have been included in the brochure and promotional brochure, receiving high praise from everyone.

In February 2023, the work was collected for use in the philatelic album issued by China Post, the Japan Post General Stamp and Stamp Collection, and the European Post General Stamp and Stamp Collection of 8 countries (Netherlands, New Zealand, Finland, Luxembourg, Spain, Belgium, France, Germany), contributing to the promotion of Chinese culture.

On March 15, 2023, I was invited by the Embassy of Albania to participate in a solo exhibition at the Albania Cultural Tourism Promotion Conference, showcasing 60 carefully crafted works and contributing to the friendship between the two countries.

On March 18, 2023, Rongbaozhai Art Museum participated in the National Exhibition of Calligraphy and Painting Works, which showcased the brilliance of brushwork and ink.

On March 18, 2023, at the China Art International Exhibition Hall, participated in the academic invitation exhibition for the unveiling ceremony of the China Ink and wash Master Art Research Institute.

On March 25, 2023, at the Mutianyu Great Wall Experience Hall in Huairou, Beijing, we participated in the "Danqing Songs of the Great Wall - Contemporary Calligraphers and Painters Invitation Exhibition".

Due to his unique artistic sensibility and organizational ability, he was invited to make painting reviews and plan various art exhibitions for many famous artists. He enthusiastically bridged the integration of Chinese and Western cultures, planned exhibitions in the mainland and Hong Kong for many Chinese artists, and gained positive energy from them to advance on the art road, take its essence, and gradually establish his own unique style.
