周成林，1954年出生于江苏阜宁，1972年入伍，著名书画家！曾获中国书法研究2019中国书法终身成就奖，中国书法特殊贡献奖！现为中国国际艺术馆名誉馆长！“晓云临池艺术创作（北京）工作室中央级专家”，授予“大国艺术传世名家”！习艺強国旅游艺术发展部授予“新时代国家艺术楷模”，CCTV央视新闻网，“国际艺术形象大使”，外事工作委员会办公室授于《大国外交文艺使者》等荣誉称号！

几十年的工作经历，书法理论探索与实践，已形成了自己独特的艺术风格！

积极参与建党建军，建国百年，奥运会，冬残奥会，一带一路等重大题材活动，为中华传统文化，文化强国，大国外交传播传承与发展起到了积极的作用。其代表作＂寿桃＂存列于中国国家博物馆！
