霍春阳，1946年生，河北清苑人，美术教育家、著名书画家。1969年毕业于天津美术学院并留校任教至今。现为天津美术学院美术馆馆长，天津美术学院教授、硕士生导师，天津市中国画学会会长，天津美术家协会副主席，中国艺术研究院教授、博士生导师，中华文化发展促进会理事。同时承担着北京大学、清华大学、中国国家画院、荣宝斋等高校和重点艺术机构的教授和博士生导师。享受国务院特殊津贴。

Huo Chunyang, born in 1946, Qingyuan, Hebei province, art educator, famous calligrapher and painter. He graduated from Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts in 1969 and has been teaching there since now. Now he is the curator of Art Museum of Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts, professor and master tutor of Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts, president of Tianjin Chinese Painting Society, vice chairman of Tianjin Artists Association, professor and doctoral supervisor of Chinese Academy of Arts, and director of Chinese Culture Development Promotion Association. At the same time, he is the professor and doctoral supervisor of Peking University, Tsinghua University, China National Academy of Painting, Rongbaozhai and other universities and key art institutions. Enjoy the special allowance of the State Council.
