杨志谦，1952生于美丽的中国江苏通州，1979年顶赞父亲定居上海，自幼喜绘画爱武术。绘画曾得邵介信，吉谷，伏文彦等多位老师指导。1983年成位基督教徒，2005至2012年作品《零山飞瀑图》及《雾飘千里》，《风平浪静》，《青松飞雾》《白雾清泉图》等荣获金奖。2014年由国学学会著并由国礼出版社出版的《国家形象大使》与黄永玉靳尚谊等10老师共同入选，俏像入选封面。2014年由中国文史出版社出版的《中华盛世醒言》中撰写的格言荣获金奖，2016年由中国文献出版社出版的《中国名片》艺术大师，中国近现代100位艺术大师，作品风平浪静入选封底。武术曾得上海著名武术家芮洪秀，葛金钟，钱兆洪，严敬仁，步锦华等多位老师的指导，并在第十一届武术国际博兰会上与爱徒邱振源双双荣获一等奖。有20多幅作品被法国，德国，荷兰，加拿大，美国匈牙利，入选主题邮票。

2021年3月31日由国际华人艺术交流协会，达芬奇国际评委会评为《达芬奇国际艺术奖》金奖，并授予《影响世界十大金牌艺术家》和《世界和平文化功勋人物》荣誉称号。

2021年9月1日被联合国教科文组织，联合国和平艺术金鸽奖评委会评为《联合国和平艺术金鸽奖》并授于《联合国和平特使》荣誉称号。

2021年9月6日被中英艺术家交流协会评为《莎士比亚世界文学奖》金奖并授予《世界文化典基人》荣誉称号，并特聘为《莎土比亚文学博物馆终身名誉馆长》。

Yang Zhiqian was born in 1952 in the beautiful Tongzhou, Jiangsu Province, China. In 1979, his father settled down in Shanghai, and he loved painting and martial arts since his childhood. Painting by Shao Jixin, Jigu, Fu Wenyan and other teachers. In 1983, he became a Christian. In 2005 to 2012, his works "Zero Mountain Waterfall" and "Haze Fly Thousand", "Calm Wind", "Pine Flying mist" and "White fog Spring" won the gold medal. In 2014, the National Image Ambassador, written by the Society of Sinology and published by the National Rites Publishing House, was selected together with 10 teachers including Huang Yongyu and Jin Shangyi, and Qiao Xiang was selected as the cover. In 2014, the motto written in "China" published by China Literature and History Publishing House won the gold medal. In 2016, the art master of "China Business Card" published by China Literature Publishing House, and 100 art masters in modern China. His works were selected into the back cover. Wushu was guided by Shanghai famous martial artists Rui Hongxiu, Ge Jinzhong, Qian Zhaohong, Yan Jingren, Bu Jinhua and other teachers, and won the first prize in the competition at the 11th Wushu International Ban Conference with Qiu Zhenyuan. More than 20 works have been selected by France, Germany, the Netherlands, Canada, Hungary, the United States, the theme of stamps.

On March 31,2021, the International Chinese Art Exchange Association was awarded the gold medal of the Da Vinci International Art Award, and awarded the honorary titles of "Top Ten Gold Artists influencing the World" and "World Peace Cultural Meritorious People".

On September 1,2021, he was awarded the "Golden Pigeon Award for the Art of Peace" by the UN Golden Pigeon Award for Peace and the honorary title of the United Nations Special Envoy for Peace.

On September 6,2021, he was awarded the gold medal of Shakespeare World Literature Prize by the Association of Artists and the honorary title of World Cultural Foundation, and was specially appointed as honorary Director of Shakespeare Museum of Literature.
