杜春富，男，山东肥城市人，中共党员，副教授，当代著名书法家。曲阜师范大学中文系毕业。历任语文教师，汉语写作教研室主任；《德州卫生》报主编，健康教育副主任技师等职。现为中国文学艺术联合会委员，中国国学学会副主席，中国楹联学会书画艺术院系教授，中国五体书法研究会副会长，新华艺术网艺术委员会执行副主席，中国书画家联谊会新文艺羣体书画家工作委员会委员，中国民族建筑研究会书画艺术专业委员会会员，中央国家机关书法家协会会员。经中国文化艺术人才等级评估委员会专家审查认定，被评为国家特级书法师。

其自幼酷爱文学和书画，二十世纪五十年代师从书画大家张茂才、黑伯龙，并受到关友声、刘鲁生两位书画名家的指点。几十年来，笔耕不辍，遍临历代书法名家碑帖，深受中国传统优秀文化滋养。书画、诗词作品常在国家级各类专业报刊发表，并入国展，荣获各类奖项50余次，出版个人丛刊或入编书画典籍60余部,更有书法作品镌刻在中国瓷器或工艺品玉扣上，作为国礼，赠送给国内外友人和政要嘉宾。鉴于此，被中国艺术人物网授予“兰亭工艺美术”终身荣誉奖；被中国文联授予“德艺双馨艺术家”；被中国文学艺术研究会授予“国家文化传承创新贡献奖”；被中国美协、书协共同推荐为“大国文化形象大使”；被人民日报《当代中国艺术人物》节目特邀为艺术家代表；被国礼艺术家聘为特邀顾问并授予“国宝级艺术大师”荣誉称号；在2022年中华全国书画展中荣获金奖和“国学文化守艺人”光荣称号。其简历与事迹分别入编《中国国学专家人才库》、《中国国学研究员大典》、《中国美术70年》、《世界美术家大辭典—书法篆刻卷》、《中国新国粹网》及《世界艺术年鉴1922—2022》，同时荣获国际艺术家功勋荣誉称号。2O23年被评为书画艺术界“感动中国人物”；被中国文联和中国艺术人物公示中心授予“中国书画艺术终身成就奖”，并被推选为“公众人物”，同年，被胡润集团推荐为金砖国家艺木家代表，并与其他四个金砖国家代表共同出版了合集，当年登录胡润《世界艺术百强榜》。

Du Chunfu, male, from Feicheng City, Shandong Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China, associate professor, and a renowned contemporary calligrapher. Graduated from the Chinese Department of Qufu Normal University. Formerly served as a Chinese language teacher and director of the Chinese Writing Teaching and Research Office; Editor in Chief of Texas Health, Deputy Director of Health Education, Technician, and other positions. I am currently a member of the Chinese Literature and Art Federation, Vice Chairman of the Chinese National Studies Society, Professor of the Calligraphy and Painting Art Department of the Chinese Couplet Society, Vice President of the Chinese Five Body Calligraphy Research Association, Executive Vice Chairman of the Art Committee of Xinhua Art Network, Member of the New Art Group Calligraphers and Painters Working Committee of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, Member of the Calligraphy and Painting Art Professional Committee of the Chinese Ethnic Architecture Research Association, and Member of the Calligraphers Association of Central State Organs. After being reviewed and recognized by experts from the China Cultural and Art Talent Level Evaluation Committee, he/she has been awarded the title of National Special level Calligrapher.

He has been passionate about literature and painting since childhood. In the 1950s, he studied under the renowned calligraphers and painters Zhang Maocai and Hei Bolong, and was guided by two famous calligraphers and painters, Guan Yousheng and Liu Lusheng. For decades, I have been tirelessly cultivating my writing skills and have visited famous calligraphers and inscriptions throughout history, deeply nurtured by the excellent traditional Chinese culture. Calligraphy, painting, and poetry works are often published in various professional newspapers and magazines at the national level, included in national exhibitions, and have won more than 50 awards. They have also published personal collections or been included in more than 60 calligraphy and painting classics. Some calligraphy works are engraved on Chinese porcelain or handicraft jade buckles as national gifts and presented to friends and dignitaries at home and abroad. In view of this, he was awarded the Lifetime Honorary Award of "Lanting Arts and Crafts" by China Art Figure Network; Awarded the title of "Artist with both Virtue and Art" by the Chinese Federation of Literary and Art Circles; Awarded the "National Cultural Inheritance and Innovation Contribution Award" by the Chinese Literature and Art Research Association; Recommended by the China Artists Association and the Calligraphers Association as the "ambassador of cultural image of a great country"; Invited as an artist representative by the People's Daily's program "Contemporary Chinese Artists"; Appointed as a special consultant by the National Ritual Artist and awarded the honorary title of "National Treasure level Art Master"; Won the Gold Award and the honorable title of "Guardian of Traditional Chinese Culture" at the 2022 China National Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition. His resume and achievements were respectively included in the "Chinese National Studies Expert Talent Pool", "Chinese National Studies Researcher's Encyclopedia", "70 Years of Chinese Art", "World Artists Dictionary - Calligraphy and Seal Cutting Volume", "China New National Essence Network" and "World Art Yearbook 1922-2022", and he was also honored with the title of International Artist Meritorious Service. In 2023, he was awarded the title of "Touching Chinese Character" in the field of calligraphy and painting art; He was awarded the "Lifetime Achievement Award for Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Art" by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the China Art Figures Publicity Center, and was elected as a "public figure". In the same year, he was recommended by Hurun Group as a representative of the BRICS artists and co published a collection with representatives from four other BRICS countries. He was listed on Hurun's "Top 100 Artists in the World" that year.

书画评论家崔陟对其评曰：“此隶书行笔稳中寓拙，断续时现，有古扑之风貌。”

Calligraphy and painting critic Cui Zhi commented on it, "The strokes of this clerical script are stable and contain clumsiness, appearing intermittently and exhibiting the style of ancient calligraphy."

付京生方家评曰：“点画精良，气脉畅通，且笔精墨妙，纵横驰騁之中有沉着宁静之态，恣肆中仍坚守中锋用笔法度，甚为飞扬酣畅，且骨丰肉润，绝无雕琢感。是匠心独运的创作性上好佳作。”
