花有华，1945年3月生，江苏连云港市灌南县人，现为中国书法家协会理事、全国政协书画院委任副院长，中国书画家协会副主席，台北故宫书画院终身名誉院长，意大利皇家艺术学院荣誉院士，国家特级书法师，国宝级艺术家。其诗书作品在国内外大展赛中多次获得最高奖并展出。书法作品雍容大器、古朴隽永、气势磅礴、意蕴悠长、艺术创意独开世界文化之先河。作品入编《一代大师》、《世界艺术大师辞典》、《领袖中国·国学九大名家》、《中国古今草书十家》、《中国艺术十大领军大物》、《红色经典》《中国书画现当代艺术流派宗师大观》、《2020时代风采人物》、《领航中国·当代艺术卷》、《中国经典诗词格言选》，等几百部诗书画集。获得“中国传统文化最高成就奖”、被授予“中国十大人民艺术家”、“中国艺术巅峰人物”、“国际华人文艺泰斗”、“为国学传承与发展作出突出贡献的专家”，文化部授予“神笔传奇艺术家”，中国书协授予“中华实力派书画名家“和”德艺双馨艺术家”等称号。
