聂国强，字毅甫，号洞林居士，一九四一年九月生，河南荥阳人。毕业于中国书画函授大学研究班，受教于欧阳中石等。善楷、行、隶书，尤精小楷。书作艺术风格独特，《中国收藏》曾以“独具一格的书法艺术”为题进行报导。当代中国书画实力派代表人物。曾获首届中国诗书画[大阅兵]创作大赛金奖、法国卢浮宫文学艺术最高荣誉勋章。作品被中国紫光阁、法国卢浮宫等海内外收藏。作品和传略入编《影响中国100位艺术大家》、《中国当代书法史》、《中国艺坛流派宗师》、《百代文宗》、《中国书法·隶书大典一一隶书宗师八大家》、《中国书法·楷书大典一一楷书宗师八大家》、《世界名人录》、《世界人物辞海》、《世界艺术通史》等。格言入编《中华国学范例教材》、《中华名言词典》、《世界大百科全书·文艺卷》等。

Nie Guoqiang, styled Yifu, named Donglin Lin, was born in September 1941 in Xingyang, Henan Province. Graduated from the Chinese painting and calligraphy correspondence university research class, taught by Ouyang Zhongshi, etc. Good regular script, line, official script, especially fine small regular script.
